My 3 kids (12, 9 & 8) followed along to today’s episode and they had a blast. Not sure if they’ll want to do it every day but I didn’t need to help them, they tried all the moves and got out of breath and needed to stop and get water. They made it right through to the end. Lots of laughter too.
