Great for kids of all ages. You can make the course or let your children design their own.
For younger kids focus on balancing, jumping, co-ordination.
Have a “strike a pose” or “do a dance” circle. Include ABCs – jump your name out of an abc grid? Colors, shapes, encouraging words “you did it!” etc.
For older kids you can make it a more challenging workout or make two courses and have kids race through them. Add ski jumps, star jumps, sprints, push ups, hops and burpees.
Keep it fun and add a “floss here” or “do TikTok Renegade” at certain points.
All you need is some outdoor chalk. No clean up! Just wait for rain.
